My art focuses on color and visual texture. My color palette leans towards the warm hues on the color wheel, and in particular, any and all variations of red. I create designs on my fabric through dyeing, painting, screenprinting, stamping, and batiking. The fabric is collaged and then stitched together into composition, then layered with a batt and backing, and quilted by machine and by hand.
